Your membership in GJWHF$, and your use of the GJWHF$ Service (as defined below) is governed by, and subject to, the terms and conditions set out in these Terms of Reference, as may be modified from time to time. By continuing to use the GJWHF$ website and the GJWHF$ Service following any such change, you shall be be bound by any such change.
1. THE GJWHF SERVICE.
The GJWHF$ Service is an online information and communication service which is available for viewing or otherwise by accessing the content on the GJWHF$ Website and/or through its mobile websites, applications, newsletters and/or other news aggregators and/or for access to and use of the Discussion Forum, where applicable, subject to the terms and conditions of this Terms of this Reference.
The materials and data provided through any part of the GJWHF$ Service are intended for general informational purposes only. The materials and date provided through the GJWHF$ Service are not intended to provide specific investing, product, tax, business or legal advice to any individual or entity.

3.3 You shall not assist or facilitate any third party to make use of any GJWHF$ Content in any manner that constitutes any infringement of GJWHF$’s intellectual property and/or related rights, including but not limited to “framing”, downloading or establishing unauthorised link(s) to any part of the Content on your or any third party’s website(s) or platform(s).
3.4 The domain name(s) on which the GJWHF$ Service is/are hosted is/are the sole property of GJWHF$. You shall not use or otherwise adopt the same or similar name(s) for your own use or for any third party’s use.
3.5 The trademarks, logos, service marks and other marks of GJWHF$ (“GJWHF$ Marks”) displayed on the GJWHF$ Service are the sole property of GJWHF$. You are not permitted to use any GJWHF$ Marks without the prior written approval of GJWHF$.
3.6 The trademarks, logos, service marks and other marks of any third parties (“Third Party Marks”) and all Third Party Content remain the sole property of the relevant third party(ies).
3.7 In respect of the Third Party Marks, you are not permitted to use any of the same or the name of such third party(ies) without the prior written approval of such relevant third party(ies).
3.8 You shall not use, edit, copy, publish, adapt, translate, make derivative works from, distribute or otherwise all or part of the Third Party Content or decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to discover the source codes of any Third Party Content available on the GJWHF$ Service unless otherwise permitted in advance by such relevant third party(ies).
3.9 GJWHF$ shall not be liable for any Third Party Content. By providing hyperlinks to such Third Party Content, GJWHF$ does not, and shall not be deemed to, endorse, recommend, approve, guarantee or introduce any Third Party nor its Third Party Content nor have any cooperation with such Third Party. Your use of any Third Party Content is at your own risk.
4. RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES.
GJWHF$ reserves the right to edit, modify or remove part or all of the content and/or any other information on the GJWHF$ Service which violate(s) the terms and conditions of this Terms of Reference or which, in the sole opinion of GJWHF$, appear(s) to be inappropriate for display on the GJWHF$ Service. In this regard, GJWHF$ has the sole and full discretion and its determination shall be final. GJWHF$ shall not be liable to you or to any third party service for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Terms of Reference of the GJWHF$ Service.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
In no event shall GJWHF$ be liable to you nor shall you hold GJWHF$ liable for any losses, damages, liabilities and expenses under any cause of action (whether in contract or tort or otherwise) caused by the access to or use of, or inability to access to or use of, the GJWHF$ Service, and/or caused by the view of, or inability to view of, the Content, Your Content, GJWHF$ Content, Third Party Content and/or the GJWHF$ Website.
9. MODIFICATION.
GJWHF$ reserves the right to modify any part of the GJWHF$ Service, or these Terms of Reference from time to time. Such modification shall be effective and replace any previous terms and conditions of this Terms of Reference immediately upon posting of the modified Terms of Reference.
10. USE OF GJWHF CONTENT AND GJWHF SERVICE.

11. TERMINATION.
GJWHF$ may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend any Member’s access to all or part of the GJWJF$ Service for any reason including, without limitation, the breach of any of these Terms of Reference, or the relevant Member has not been active for more than 12 months. GJWHF$ shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any claim which is related to the termination of the GJWHF$ Service.
12. DEFINITIONS.
The following definitions should apply in this Agreement unless otherwise stated.
“Computer” means your computer, notebook, personal digital assistant, tablet, mobile phone, smartphone, television and/or other electronic device now known or later developed used to access to and/or use the GJWHF$ Service.
“Content” includes the data, information, materials, text, songs, audio, video, photos, graphics, charts, maps, messages, blogs, ideas, comments, suggestions and/or other content.
“Discussion Forum” means, collectively, the online discussion fora, group chats and blog(s) hosted by GJWHF$, whether or not on the GJWHF Website.
“GJWHF$” means, individually and collectively, GJWHF$ Limited and/or its ultimate holding company(ies), holding company(ies), subsidiaries, affiliates and subsidiaries of each of such ultimate holding company(ies) and holding company(ies).
“GJWHF$ Content” means all Content that GJWHF$ makes available or presents on the GJWHF$ Service.
“GJWHF$ Service” means the online information and communication service which is available for viewing or otherwise by accessing the Content on the GJWHF$ Website and/or through its mobile websites, applications, newsletters and/or other news aggregators and/or for access to and use of the Discussion Forum, where applicable, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
“GJWHF$ Website” means the GJWHF$ website at www.gjwhf.org.
“Hong Kong” means the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
“Third Party Content” means the products and services of any third party which are and/or have been advertised or presented on the GJWHF$ Service.
“Third Party Products” means product(s) and/or service(s) of third parties which are and/or have been advertised or presented on the GJWHF$ Service.
“Your Content” means all the Content that you have made available or presented on the GJWHF$ Service.
13. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION.
These Terms of Reference shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, and all parties agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
