VISION & MISSION (THE PACT)

Girls Just Wanna Have Fund$ (GJWHF$) is a non-profit organisation whose Vision is to eradicate the gender investing gap!

 

Our Mission is to empower a community of women+ to:

P - Prioritize their future selves,

A - Adopt the right mindset,

C -Join the Conversation, and

T - Take action

 

By investing, sharing knowledge and supporting our Community, we help our Members take control of their life choices for themselves and their loved ones, owning their financial freedom, and eradicating the gender investing gap!

 

Women face numerous challenges in building their wealth throughout their lives. Women earn less (the gender pay gap) and they also invest less (the gender investing gap).  Our goal is to create a world where women keep more of their wealth and give themselves and their loved ones more life choices and opportunities - because money is power.

Welcome to the Community!  We’re excited to have you. What does it mean to be a Member of the Community , you might be wondering?

As a Member of the GJWHF$ Community, you will be part of a thriving, supportive community of women+ who both celebrate the highs and commiserate with the lows of each Member’s investing journey, providing warm support throughout.

​

You will have access to all our knowledge growing and community support events, including our education seminars, lunch huddles, newsletter, blogs and other resources stored on the GJWHF$ website.   You will also be able to participate in our Community Group Chats and online forum.

Achieving our Mission is both an individual commitment (our PACT) and a  Community commitment - making sure that everyone has a safe space to learn and share. In order to achieve this, it is important to agree some ground rules to ensure that this Community is serving each and every Member and able to grow in the best way possible. 

 

TERMS OF REFERENCE & CONDUCT TERMS

Membership in the Community is governed by the Terms of Reference, while participation in the Community Group Chats and online fora are governed by the Conduct Terms, which form part of the Terms of Reference.  

Please take the time to review these Terms in detail as a breach of any Term may result in exclusion from the Community, by a decision of the leadership of GJWHF$.

 

SHARING INFORMATION

In order for the Community to be best served, we ask that every Member share some information about themselves, and their goals and objectives for joining the Community.   Please complete the survey HERE.   All personal information is being collected in accordance with the GJWHF$ Personal Information Collection Statement and all personal information will be secured in accordance with the GJWHF$ Privacy Policy, which is also on the GJWHF$ website.

 

COMMITMENT

Our Community comprises Members who are willing to share their knowledge and experience in order to benefit the Community as a whole, and to pay it forward.  As a Member, you can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable doing.  We ask, however, that you bring your whole selves to any GJWHF$ events or sessions that you attend, and to the Community fora or chat groups with a mindset and a commitment to sharing and paying it forward.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY

Through our GJWHF$ sessions and Community fora or chat groups, Members may share personal information about their life situations, experiences or financial status. Being a Member means that you agree to keep any such  information strictly confidential to ensure that all Members in the Community continue to have a safe space that creates value for everyone and maintains its integrity for the mission of GJWHF$.  Any violation could result in exclusion from the Community, by a decision of the leadership of GJWHF$.

 

CONFLICTS OF INTEREST

From time to time,  situations may arise which constitute conflicts of interest. This Community may ask for referrals to professional service providers that Members may work with or are aware of.  We ask that any recommendation, referral or introduction that you may make to / for any other Member does not result in your  receiving any financial or other compensation (whether directly or indirectly due to your having a shareholding or other personal interest in such service being provided). We need to ensure the integrity of the GJWHF$ Community and its highly curated nature as a safe space.

 

GRIEVANCES / COMPLAINTS / ISSUES / CONCERNS

In the unlikely event of a grievance, complaint, issue or concern arising between different Members out of  any GJWHF$ event or Community forum or chat room, we ask that Members  seek to resolve the issue amicably and directly between themselves.  If the issue/s persist, you may contact GJWHF$ on hello@gjwhf.org.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

We take great pride in the unique content that we are creating for the Community.  

All materials including slide presentations, articles, templates and other resources which may be created to share with  the GJWHF$ Community are proprietary to GJWHF$.  No part of any GJWHF$ materials may be shared or duplicated outside of the Community without the prior written consent of the GJWHF$ leadership.
